Sport-Specific Training is adhering to a training program that is geared towards stimulating movements or exercises with the intention of those movements transferring to the playing field (or to the individual's sport they want to excel in). In general terms, Sport-Specific Training will help set you up for the most success by utilizing the specific skills you need in order to take precedence in your individual sport.
