"I started Nutrition training with Ashlynn in May of 2020. Right from the start you could tell that she really cares for people. I am not one to ask for help so asking a stranger to hold me accountable for my actions was truly terrifying; however, Ashlynn has always made me feel that my needs, wants, and goals for my personal health are a priority. She has been super supportive even during a pandemic when face to face interactions were at a minimum. She has always taken the time to explain my extensive list of questions and has had an abundance of patience with my sometimes sassy, hates the thought of anything new, self. Nutrition training with her has given me a whole new outlook on food. When I started this journey, I was eating once, maybe twice a day and all the wrong things. She has taught me how to appreciate food more and select the things that my body needs. After several months with nutrition coaching, we added in physical training. This was no easy task for me, but I have never regretted it. Since starting with Ashlynn, I am down nearly 55 pounds and more inches than I can count. Ashlynn pushes me when I need it and has made me see just how much my body can be transformed and how even more the mindset can be changed. “Focus on what you can control and don’t stress about the rest,” is a phrase she has said to me many times and has gotten me through arguably the most difficult year of most of our lives. I am profoundly grateful for having her with me in this process and am extremely excited to see the growth within me in the future having her as a trainer and friend."
